TF6051-DK

Polyimide film laminated with NOMEX paper combines high-temperature resistance, electrical insulation, and mechanical strength. Ideal for transformers, motors, and generators, it ensures reliable performance in harsh electrical and thermal environments.

TF6051-DK is composited by one layers of Nomex paper and one layer of polyimide film , with excellent dielectric performance and good mechanical properties, good flexibility, can reduce the thickness of groove insulation, increase the groove full rate, and has a good shape, easy to use. It has low media loss, excellent high temperature characteristics,suitable for a variety of harsh working environments, and good compatibility with varnish.

Applications

The heat resistant grade is class H. For insulation between slots, inter-wire insulation, phase insulation, lining thermal insulation of H-class motors and electrical appliances,and dry type transformers .
